Elaine is a mother of three. A woman building multiple businesses. Someone who has sat with the weight of ambition in one hand and a list of responsibilities in the other — and refused to let go of either.
She did not build MoMStaR because she had it all figured out. She built it because she was tired of looking for a space that truly understood what it means to be a woman doing the work — on herself, her family, and her dreams — all at the same time.
MoMStaR was born from honest conversations happening in kitchens, DMs, and late-night voice notes. From women who kept saying: someone needs to put this into the world.
